Machining

The step of Full Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining further shapes the investment casting metal parts into each customer's specific requirements. May it be drilling small holes with a special angular tolerance of +/- 1/2°, or making sure the surface roughness is Ra0.8 ~ Ra 1.6, CNC machining demonstrates our ability in producing high precisioned metal parts.

Our machining facility has state-of-the-art machines, including 40 CNC lathes (LGMazak 200/250), 2 machining centers with 4 axes, 1 CNC milling machine. We process materials such as, stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel ,aluminum alloy, etc. We meet China GB standards, American ASTM-A351 standards, Germany DIN standards & Japan JIS standards. We are capable to produce parts with a weight range of 0.003kg to 35kgs; Angular tolerance is±1°, special angular tolerance is±1/2°; and Surface roughness of Ra0.8~Ra1.6.

We have built a team of engineers and contiues to search and train for more talents. With the assistance of CAM software, we are able to respond rapidly to the market and continuously optimize the techniques, to improve product quality and reduce the cost and so on.

The Quality Control department has over 24 inspectors, including walking inspectors, procedure inspectors, final inspectors, and all of them will inspect the parts strictly. Meanwhile, operators will check their own products using special test tools. Therefore, the powerful quality control system is the guarantee of premium-quality products.

We are experienced in manufacturing stainless steel products, and we employ post-treatment procedures to make certain the quality of product surface meets customer demands.

To satisfy different demands, we also have milling machine, grinding machine, drilling press, 2 EDMs (wire-cut), EDM (electric etching), polishing machine, ultrasonic auto cleaning line, laser printer and so on.
